Morning Light

It's 601. and I have been awake for almost an hour. When I was young I could never get enough sleep.

Now that I have no obligations and no interruptions, I wake when the world is still dark.

Challenges are good. I am recently feeling the challenge of finishing up a few projects. I have a few quilt tops ready to be longarmed. Because the machine is at another location, I have not been comfortable using it during this shelter at home time. But I have begun again. I finished the Double Wedding Ring quilt that I made using your ice dyed fabrics. In the soft morning light of my living room/library the colours seem to glow. I think maybe I will call it Fire and Ice. Just like a long marriage.

I have a few more unfinished projects to work on before I begin the new challenge. But I am looking forward to it.

I will try to remember to take some pics along the way. We know that I am not really good at documentation.

Yesterday the shelf in my back porch crashed. I guess its time to purge some of that. It looks like I lost a glass vase but so far that seems to be the only thing broken. I will clean it up today. I won't document that!!
